Fitkiddies is designed to encourage kids to be active from a young age ultimately forming healthy positive habits that can be followed through into adult life. Sessions focus on movement and exercise in a safe and fun environment. Depending on the age and fitness level of your child the sessions vary from 30 minutes up to 60 minutes.
